Coros Dura
I am such a fan of this computer! I am not a girlie who likes to mess around with her tech so the usability of this computer is such a plus! The app makes it easy to customize and make each page what you really need. My other favorite feature is the solar panel. My 3 hour ride used 1% battery yesterday 👀

I don’t even properly use all the features this little guy is capable of, it’s just so powerful! I do use the sleep tracker, and menstrual tracker the most. Sleep is suchhh an important part of recovery so being able to check in with my consistency and getting a few extra tips on how to improve is a major plus for me. This little guy also has major battery life with different options for battery save mode. It’s also so light and feels comfortable on my little wrists (I’m just so dainty lol).
GPS watch
Coros HRM
This heart rate monitor sits on your bicep so if you, like me, feel some weird physical trigger with the chest band then this is a perfect alternative. Tracking my heart rate while training is such a useful data point to make sure workouts are working as intended!

headphonesI do love to listen to music and podcasts on the bike but I want to do it in a safe way. I use these headphones every time I go out to I can hear sounds around me and be just that much more alert. In my experience if someone is talking to me I can’t hear words but I can hear sounds and easily pause!

Quarq Power Meter
I prefer the spindle version so that it’s not based on any chainrings and can be used on all of my bikes!
Having a power meter has really upgraded my training performance and is such a fun data piece to track for improvement.
